merlin v2.2.2

Merlin Server v2.2.2 adds `-dotnetBin` server flag to configure the dotnet executable path at launch.︀︄︇︀︅︉︀︅︀︀︃︀︀︅︅︀︅︊︀︄︆︀︃︄
• Adds `-dotnetBin` server-launch flag to configure the path to the `dotnet` executable (default `dotnet`, resolved from `PATH`), giving teamserver operators install-location flexibility without exposing the option to authenticated operators.︀︄︇︀︅︉︀︅︀︀︃︀︀︅︅︀︅︊︀︄︆︀︃︄
Breaking changes:
• The `dotnetbin` and `sharpgenbin` options have been removed from the SharpGen module (both the module definition and the RPC handler); any operator workflow or script that set these options will break silently — use the new `-dotnetBin` server-launch flag instead.
• The SharpGen compiler DLL is now always loaded from `data/src/cobbr/SharpGen/bin/release/netcoreapp2.1/SharpGen.dll` under the Merlin root; custom DLL paths are no longer accepted.
