<description>snyk fix --agentic gains severity, breakability, and exclusion filters plus opt-in revert control︀︄︇︀︅︉︀︅︀︀︃︀︀︅︅︀︅︊︀︄︆︀︃︄
• Adds `--severity-filter` flag to `snyk fix --agentic` to limit automated fixes to only the chosen severity levels.︀︄︇︀︅︉︀︅︀︀︃︀︀︅︅︀︅︊︀︄︆︀︃︄
• Adds `--breakability-filter` flag to `snyk fix --agentic` to restrict Open Source upgrades to those matching the chosen breakability level.
• Adds `--exclude-ids` flag to `snyk fix --agentic` to skip specific issue IDs while fixing everything else.
Breaking changes:
• `snyk fix --agentic` no longer automatically reverts failed fix attempts on upgrade — changes are now kept for review by default. Add `--enable-revert` to restore the previous automatic rollback behavior.
